Hi, I'm Alyssa—a 35-year-old mom, gamer, mental health advocate, and someone who’s seen the darker side of life but has come out stronger on the other side. My journey hasn’t been an easy one, but it’s shaped me into the resilient, empowered, and positive person I am today. I’ve faced more than my fair share of challenges, from dealing with workplace harassment to surviving a terrifying armed robbery. These experiences tested me in ways I never expected. But with the unwavering support of my amazing husband, I embarked on a nearly seven-year journey to heal and rediscover myself. During this time, my mental health took a serious hit, and even physical intimacy became a struggle. But I fought my way through, and I’m proud to say I’m now in a better place than ever before. This journey has made me a fierce advocate for mental health, and I’m passionate about spreading positivity and empowerment to others.
